Shriners Children’s has again been recognized as one of healthcare’s standout organizations for our high standards in patient experience, employee experience, safety and quality. Press Ganey honored our healthcare system with an impressive 12 Human Experience Awards for 2024, celebrating data-driven advancements in healthcare at seven locations. The awards reflect how families feel they are cared for and the quality of care they believe they receive.

Working with more than 41,000 healthcare facilities, Press Ganey conducts nationwide surveys of patients, physicians, and other provider employees to assess their experience, satisfaction and engagement. The healthcare consultant also compares the clinical quality performance of select hospitals and clinics.
Shriners Hospitals for Children Canada earned three Press Ganey awards. Earning two awards were Shriners Children’s Chicago, Shriners Children’s Ohio and Shriners Children’s Greenville. Shriners Children’s Boston, Shriners Children’s Hawai‘i and Shriners Children’s Philadelphia each took home one award.
In addition, six Shriners Children’s locations were acknowledged in the workforce experience categories, demonstrating our organization’s commitment to supporting our employees who provide the most amazing care anywhere.
