We are especially honored by Press Ganey awards, which are determined by surveys completed by patients and families. Nine of our locations received Press Ganey awards in a variety of categories. The Guardian of Excellence Award honors health care organizations that have reached the 95th percentile for patient experience, employee or physician engagement, or clinical quality performance. It is awarded annually based on one year of data. Our locations in Canada; Chicago; Sacramento, California; and Portland, Oregon, also received the Pinnacle of Excellence Award, which recognizes those that have maintained consistently high levels of excellence over three years.
